How did/do you get so many Neopoints?

How long does it take for you to deliver my Neopoints, Neopets or Neopets Items?

We deliver within 18 hours! If we are experiencing an extremely high volume of orders we will post a message on our home page. We also pride ourselves on customer service that is why every order is delievered in the order it is recieved. You have our word that we wont bump your order down in priority if there is a bigger order behind you. We deliver all Neopets orders with the same lightning fast speed :)

Do you need my neopets password?

ABSOLUTELY NOT! Anyone who asks you for your Neopets password is a scam artist. However we do require your username so we know where to send the Neopoints or Neopets items! We do encourage people to use a side account when purchasing Neopoints to reduce risk and then to transfer the items back to their main account solwly.

Someone compromised my Paypal account and bought Neopoints from you can I get a refund?

Unfortunately all sales are final unless the original Neopets product is returned. We will however aid you in prosecuting the culprit to the fullest extent of the law and once the culprit is caught by local authorities in their country of residence we will issue a full refund to you upon recieving our original product. We treat identity fraud of all kinds seriously.

I see other Neopoint Selling sites offering to get me avatars and trophies do you provide the same service?

Regrettably No. We dont want your password or to be anywhere near the inside of your account! Dealing with sites who offer this service is extremely risky as the majority of the time they will empty your account and run. Also TNT keeps track of IP's and if they enter your account to get you that trophy or uber avatar and later get chain iced... "poof" there goes your account :(

Do you buy Neopoints?

Sorry no for the simple reason that we have to think of our customers first. Those Neopoints your trying to sell us could have come from anywhere and we value our customers Neopets account saftey and dont want them Chain-Iced. If your looking to make money theres always our affiliate program!

I recieved a phone call from you guys! What's that all about?

We call to confirm details of the Neopets order once the order is over a certain amount. It is just a fraud-prevention precaution thats all, we do it for all orders over a certain amount so dont be offended!

I notice you guys dont have testimonials praising your exploits like other site, why not?

To be frank all of those testimonials on other sites are fake. Instead we use a Facebook like box, if a customer likes our service they can hit the like button on the homepage to be added to the box. We feel that a real vote of confidence from a real person in the form of a "like" is much better than a made up testimonial.
